The process

Visit the School
Parents must visit the campus to collect admission forms and begin the offline enrollment process.

Submit Documents
Provide required docs, including birth certificate, photos, and previous academic records, at the school reception.

Do a meeting with the Academic Head/Coordinator to discuss your child’s academic needs/placement.

Complete Payment
Pay the admission fees in full to finalize enrollment and receive necessary information about uniforms and textbooks.
Enroll Your Child at K.R. International School
At K.R. International School, we believe in providing a strong educational foundation for your child, fostering academic excellence, and nurturing overall growth. All admissions are conducted offline, ensuring a personal and detailed process for each applicant. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the enrollment process:
Admission Process:
1. Visit the School:
– Parents and guardians are required to visit the school campus in person to begin the admission process. This allows you to experience the school environment and ask any questions you may have.
2. Obtain the Admission Form:
– The admission form can be collected from the school reception during working hours. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you in filling out the form and providing any necessary information.
3. Submission of Documents:
– The following documents are required at the time of admission:
– A completed admission form
– Passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians (2 copies each)
– A photocopy of the child’s birth certificate
– A photocopy of the child’s Aadhaar card (if available)
– Transfer certificate (if applicable) from the previous school
– Photocopies of previous academic records and report cards (if applicable)
4. Meeting with the Academic Head/Coordinator:
– After submitting the necessary documents, you will meet with our Academic Head or Coordinator. This meeting helps us understand your child’s academic needs and ensures a smooth transition into our school environment.
5. Admission Fees and Payment:
– Once the admission is confirmed, you will be guided to the accounts department to complete the fee payment process. Please note that the fees must be paid in full at the time of admission. Our team will provide you with a detailed fee structure and payment options.
6. Confirmation of Admission:
– After completing the payment process, you will receive a confirmation of admission along with details about the academic schedule, school uniform, textbooks, and other necessary information.
Basic Requirements for Admission:
– Age Criteria: Ensure your child meets the age requirement for the respective grade they are seeking admission to.
– Documents: Please bring all necessary documents as listed above. Incomplete documentation may delay the admission process.
– Uniform and Supplies: Uniforms and other school supplies, including textbooks, can be purchased from school-approved vendors, information about which will be provided during the admission process.
Important Notes:
– Offline Admission Only: Please note that all admissions are processed offline, and online applications are not accepted at this time.
– Visiting Hours: We encourage parents to visit the school between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, to complete the admission process.
